What to do when you SUCCEED

What to Do When You SUCCEED:

S. Send out thank you’s to those who have mentored you, to those who have assisted you, to your suppliers, your customers, and all those folks who are a part of your success.

U. Understand that you should give back as you have been given to. You were once a know-nothing upstart, too. Be kind and generous to others. Pass it on! Take time to answer questions and to offer assistance and advice.

C. Continue to do all of the things that made you a success!

C. Celebrate! Give a bit of money away! Do something pro bono! It’s good for the business and good for the world.

E. Energize yourself so that you don’t get bored (or boring!) Find new ways to sparkle up the biz. New products, new programs, new personalities.

E. Evaluate. What is working; what isn’t. What should go; what should stay? Go ahead and ask your customers! What do they like about dealing with you…do they wish anything were different about your policies or products?

D. Don’t get lazy! Yes. Take a nap. Yes. Be happy! Yes. Be
proud. Then get back to work!
