If you are in any kind of direct selling business, you have probably been asked that question many times! Tonight on the DSWA’s Build it Big University call, DSWA CEO Nicki Keohouho had an excellent response to give when asked that question:
“Thank you so much for asking!” (smile – you will disarm them immediately by saying that.) “You know a pyramid is actually when no product is being sold. It’s when someone is selling an opportunity to sell an opportunity, and you can see by our beautiful catalog that we have many wonderful products to offer. Which of our lines interests you the most?”
