A New Way of Sponsoring

Most successful direct sellers know that sponsoring new Consultants into the business is just as important as selling their product. When you build a team, you increase your monthly income and duplicate yourself, reaching more customers, more communities, and helping more people. The challenge has been that over the years our prospects have become more skeptical, with unlimited access to information and research in this “information age.”  Jane Deuber, co-founder of the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance (DSWA) has studied the trends in sponsoring over the years and found that a new approach works best, one that creates a more personal connection with the prospect and builds mutual trust, where the potential new Consultant really feels as if their needs, wants and dreams are able to be met with the business opportunity being offered.  The DSWA has termed this new way of sponsoring, Principle Centered Sponsoring, and I’d like to invite all of you to considering adopting this process for your direct sales or home party business.
